Fairly nice overall experience. Charming small and pleasant hotel, good breakfast. Perfect location on the market square and easy access to a market and shopping centres. Besides, excellent for visiting a baroque town hall. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Excellent service throughout the venue. Not to mention free wifi!

My tastefully decorated and elegant room came with a good-sized bedroom, a very comfortable bed and tea. Its location relatively close to a Roman Catholic church was excellent and unbeatable.

It boasts stunning, wonderful location just next door to Aachen's City Centre, the market square and centre of old town, and Aachen.

Appealing spotlessly clean hotel and staff was extremely friendly. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a baroque town hall. Variety of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bistros next door to the venue. The nice onsite restaurant had variety of food.

I had a great stay. The place was attractive and spotlessly clean. Most of the staff were excellent and amiable. The rooms were reasonably large, especially those with a nice view, tea and a good-sized bedroom. The location was great and stunning for walking around a baroque town hall.

The location around 4-6 minutes' walk from city centre was perfect and excellent. Fast food restaurant Akl Libanesisches Restaurant was 500 metres away from the place.

Got good sized double room with a very comfortable bed when arrived, really enjoyed that. The location was good - ease of access to a baroque town hall.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value - spacious room, comfortable furniture, and modern bathroom. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with beautiful views from the breakfast room on the 4th floor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Staying in the heart of the city, our hotel location was absolutely perfect with everything within easy reach. We could see the historic center and all the city's main attractions from our window. The room was spacious and lovely, with beautiful furnishings and modern bathroom. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were excellent. We loved how the hotel was close to all the shopping areas, too.

The lift was a bit difficult to use and slow, but everything else was wonderful.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with a nice view. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops, as well as public transportation. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was not in the best condition. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms.
